Kirksey is looking for a dynamic, motivated Senior Project Architect to join our Houston office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to coordinate full project team (including consultants) and project deliverables (including specifications), ensuring the quality of all contract documents.
• Project Team resource for technical guidance to resolve design issues while maintaining design intent.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to directly supervise the teams’ design and technical delivery.
• Present technical and design solutions to the entire project team including the client.
• Facilitate open team communication with all levels of project team – Internal Team, Owners, Contractors, Consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
• Coordinate all Construction Administration processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience
• Experience working in Revit
